Please welcome new
Board Member, Dana Sanderson
Dana Sanderon
I am truly honored by the invitation to join the Board of The Club at Westpoint. While I have only become a boater in recent years, I have the enthusiasm of the late-convert. And having lived aboard for the past 8 years, I can no longer imagine myself as happy in any other lifestyle.
My background in restaurant management, advertising & marketing, and current management of a membership-based concierge medical practice in Woodside — not to mention as a resident of Westpoint Harbor — is an experience I hope will benefit The Club.
This is a uniquely welcoming community, and I look forward to furthering its mission as the “Premier Sporting and Social Club in the Heart of Silicon Valley”, and right in our own backyard.
Warmly,
Dana

A nice update from LuAnne and John Graves
en route to Alaska
Letter from “Bonito”
We have started our journey north to Alaska as of yesterday. We cleared customs in Sidney, BC, and traveled through Dodd Narrows, into the Strait of Georgia, and are anchored this morning in False Bay on Lasqueti Island. This is a beautiful and calm anchorage, which is welcome after the big fetch we had in the strait. We will time our departure today to reach the Seymour Narrows around 1750 and spend the night at Kanish Bay. By this time next week, we hope to be in Ketchikan. The club can follow our progress on the Marine Traffic app. Other vessels in our flotilla are Akeeva, Airship, Rubicon, Dog Star, and of course, Bonito.
All the best,
LuAnne and John Graves
