Update for October 22nd, 2021
Progress continues on completing the road and club parking area.
Wheel stops, stormwater detention ponds, and drainage systems, manhole covers, and other supporting projects will be completed early next week.
Yet to be done (now that parts have arrived), is the trench drain at the entrance where Northpoint Terrace and Westpoint Harbor Drive meet (again for stormwater runoff). This and the streetlights will be complete by the end of next week, weather permitting.
The remaining submittals for final approval of the building construction permit has been submitted to the City Building Committee and subsequently to the City Attorney. The next steps are approval by the City Attorney, City Council, and then the official recording by the County.
We have new quotes for the Tenant Improvements for the Club which were higher than previously estimated. Discussions are underway between the contractor, harbor, and the club to explore how we can mitigate some of the costs. Delivery of supplies and cost increases continue to be an issue but the contractor remains diligent in searching for alternate suppliers.
We’ll keep you posted on new developments.
Thanks for your continuing support,
Robin
