Summer Concerts Are Back!
Native Elements and Redwood Grill Food Truck

Summer Concert Series – Saturday 
Saturday, April 23rd at 5:00 pm – Native Elements and Redwood Grill food truck
Food: Members $15, Guests $15 

San Francisco powerhouse, Native Elements has been keeping the energetic, feel-good reggae tradition alive in the Bay Area for over 20 years. Comprised of 10 seasoned musicians with decades of experience in Rock, Metal, Blues, Jazz, Island Soul, R&B, and Hip Hop, this eclectic and fearless crew melds all of their unique influences into a contemporary melodic horn-driven party that takes their listeners through improvisational peaks and valleys from sweet and soulful trumpet solos to blazing guitar and soaring saxophone wails. Having grown up together since elementary school (playing in garage bands and skateboarding) in Daly City and South City, CA the Native Elements bring a uniquely warm experience to the stage that is both entertaining and uplifting.

Menu: $15 per person including sides – buy tickets at the venue

  • Double Smash Burger: Angus beef, grilled onions, house aioli, brioche bun, American cheese
  • Impossible Burger (Vegetarian) – Impossible burger, lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, house spread on a brioche bun 
  • Crispy Chicken Sandwich – Crispy chicken, jack cheeses, slaw, pickles, and hours spread on our brioche bun
  • Loaded Bratwurst – Bratwurst, whole grain aioli, slaw, pickles, brioche bun

San Francisco Bay – Leading the Way

All Boaters are invited to participate in Opening Day on the Bay. We need boats of all sizes.

You do pay a fee to participate in the boat parade along the SF Waterfront. but you do need to register your boat – to get your parade position and timing. 

Decorating your boat to the theme “Leading the Way: earns COTY points and potential prizes!

Everyone is welcome to purchase a ticket to be onboard the official PICYA Committee Boat – the Cabernet Sauvignon – which includes a sit-down lunch and a narration of the boat parade. The Cabernet Sauvignon leaves on time from LUX Cruises in Alameda where there is plenty of free parking.

Friday Fun Series – Race #1
The 2022 Season of Races starts on Friday, April 22nd
This year we have a 10-race series from April to October

Post-race, starred races gather at the PYSF campus for Sundowner Dogs and unstarred races gather in the clubhouse.

Our food option will come from Redwood Grill with its amazing selection of grilled sandwiches. The menu:

Clubhouse is Open
How and when to access the clubhouse

Despite the current pandemic, the clubhouse remains open to members. Here is how to access the clubhouse and some rules to follow while you’re there.

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Thursday – 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Other times by arrangement with Kevin

Covid Restrictions:
Mask and vaccine restrictions are now lifted for members and guests wishing to visit the clubhouse. Members may continue to wear a mask if they wish. The Club will continue to monitor the guidelines set by the State of California and San Mateo County and will reintroduce restrictions if necessary.

House Rules:
You should wear your member badge when you are in the clubhouse and your guests should wear a guest badge – anyone under 21 should wear a RED guest badge.

Dogs are permitted but must not be on the polished wood floor.

The bar is an honor bar and you can record your purchases on the point of sale system. Here is a video of how to use it.

Please ensure that the doors and windows are closed and locked, the AC, TV, and lights are off, and double-check that the cupola door (crow’s nest) and the entryway doors are securely closed.
