Building Update from Mark
Progress continues.

We are running power conduits now to get electric power to the building, which is necessary to install the elevator in a couple of weeks
Scaffolding is being installed so masons can install stone siding on the building
Flashing is going up this week in preparation for installing the siding. After that, it’s caulking and painting. The last thing will be the standing seam roof, which is fragile and easily damaged
Inside, the ducting for vents and air conditioning are going in. It’s massive!
Fire sprinklers are also massive, and work continues throughout the building
Tenant improvements for the club are ready to start (framing for the bar and back bar, etc)

And the Annual Harbor Holiday Open House, Boat Decorating Competition is on Saturday the 17th at 4:00 pm. This is the signature event of the harbor year and is always delightful. Sign up here.

Ahoy the holidays!

The Crew of Westpoint Harbor cordially invites the members of The Club at Westpoint to join them for the annual Harbor Holiday Open House and Boat Lighting Competition.

The Open House starts at 4:00 pm, with winners and prizes awarded at 5:00. The event concludes at 6:00 pm. Please RSVP here.
