“To all who haven’t heard, Ursula passed away today at 3:03 this afternoon painlessly in her sleep. It was stunning how quickly the new tumor consumed her as hope faded away. Thank you all for your overflowing support through these difficult months. We’ll be having a ‘Celebration of Life’ down at our marina Yacht Club in the May / June time frame.
“In lieu of flowers and gifts, Ursula asked that contributions be directed to the Enloe Cancer Center with details at Enloe.org. I am deeply grateful for all of you who helped me keep my head together during these challenging months. Bless you all.”
We will let everyone know when The Club will hold an Eight Bells ceremony for Ursula.
