Facility Rental

The Clubroom and Deck

Medium to large parties and gatherings
Size: 1,462 sf / 136 sm - Capacity: 136 people
Configurations: Casual socializing
Equipment: Audio and Visual, white boards, flip charts, high-speed WiFi included

Minimum: 4 hrs

Availability: Mon-Wed, all day;

Thurs/Fri mornings only*

Hrly rate: $450+

All day rate: $1800.+

The Library

Small meetings in a private room
Size: 165 sf / 15 sm

Configuration: Small Group - Capacity: 4-6.
Equipment: Audio and Visual, white boards, flip charts, high-speed WiFi included

Minimum: 1 hr

Avail: Every Day*

Hourly rate: $100/hr+

Daily rate (>4 hrs): $400+

Cleaning fee**: $100+

The Captain’s Table (Boardroom)

Small meetings in a private room
Size: 231 sf / 20 sm Configuration: Boardroom table - Capacity: 12-15.
Equipment: Audio and Visual, white boards, flip charts, high-speed WiFi included

Minimum: 1 hr.

Availability: Every day*

Hourly rate: $100/hr+

Daily rate (<4 hrs): $400+

Cleaning fee**: $100+

The Fireplace Room and Galley

Informal business meetings, relaxed parties, and get-togethers
Size: 514 sf / 48 sm – Capacity: 20 seated – 40 standing
Configuration: Small group in comfortable chairs (20pp seated – 40pp standing). Fireplace. Galley for food prep.
Equipment: Audio and Visual, white boards, flip charts, high-speed WiFi included

Minimum: 2 hrs

Availability: Mon-Wed, all day;

Thurs/Fri mornings only*

Hourly: $250/hr+

Daily rate (>4 hrs): $1000+

Cleaning fee**: $150+

The whole clubhouse cannot be rented exclusively on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Observed US Holidays. Some portion of the clubhouse will need to be available to members – typically the Library or Fireplace Room.

Member Discount - Members of The Club receive a 50% discount on rental rates (consider joining The Club and save on all your meetings)

Catering

Alcoholic beverages can be purchased from The Club bar. Non-alcoholic beverages, including water, soda, tea and coffee, are available.
Breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner can be provided as well as beverages throughout the day. Prices vary depending on the menu selected. The Hurrica Restaurant will provide these services. You may use your preferred caterer or may self-cater, subject to approval by The Club’s General Manager.

Bar Packages

Bar packages are available offering a variety of hosted and no-host options. The Club’s bar staff are flexible and will be happy to arrange a beverage program to meet your needs. Examples include:

No-Host bar – guests purchase their drinks from our full-service bar – beverages are paid for at time of service
Hosted bar – guests choose their drinks from our full-service bar and place on your tab – beverages are paid for at the end of service – a $1,000 deposit required
Pre-Selected Option – either the No-Host or the Hosted bar options can have a pre-selected list of available drinks such as beer-and-wine only, well-drinks only for cocktails
Pre-Limited Option – either the No-Host or the Hosted bar options can have a pre-limited amount of drinks available to guests.
Drinks-Ticket Option – either the No-Host or the Hosted bar options can have a drinks-ticket process where you provide your guests with drinks tickets good for one drink from the bar (usually paired with the Pre-Selected Options) – drinks are at a fixed price and the charge at the end of the event is based on the number of drinks-tickets collected.
Signature Cocktail Option – add one or two “signature cocktails” to the event beverage menu (our bar team will be happy to help): name your cocktail and choose your recipe. Minimum quantity 50 $15 per serving.
Additional cost to the renter of $100 per hour for each bar person on duty – up to 25 guests 1 bar person, 26-50 guests 2 bar persons, 51-75 guests, 3 bar persons, over 75, 4 bar persons.

Plus applicable taxes.

There is no tipping in the club bar.
