Clubhouse Update
As you can (above) the design of the new skylights is complete. Crews worked over the weekend and have completed the roofing in the upper well (the large flat area above the club), and are now working on the lower well today. Fire sprinklers are mostly done, and ducting and big fans and air conditioning are on site for installation. More internal framing going on for the club Tenant’s Improvements, and selecting permanent appliances too. Outside, the gas lines, main power, and water are fully installed and passed, and we awaiting inspection by RWC to install the meters. Steel pedestals arrived to support the glass windbreak for the Club decks steel door frames for fire doors are installed too. Tons of progress has been made all over the clubhouse. Mark.

Member Reminder
Members should access the clubhouse via the clubhouse stairs on the east side of the harbor house. Members should not enter via the harbor house unless they have business there first.

Cruise-Out to San Francisco Yacht Club
The fleet sets sail on Friday for San Francisco Yacht Club for the weekend. Contact Shannon Amerman for more details.

Pilates and Pie is back in December
Expert instructor Angela Salgado will be back with another wonderful hour of yoga followed by some pie. Remember to bring your yoga mat.
